If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each piece is handmade and delicate, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, or detail are natural and part of what makes your piece unique.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes. We accept a limited number of custom orders.
