Each piece sold on our website is handcrafted, making every item unique. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Photo or video proof of damage is required

Returns due to personal preference, color variation, or minor handmade differences are not accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund request related to shipping damage or defects, customers are required to provide a clear and complete unboxing video.

The video must:

  • Show the package unopened from all sides

  • Clearly capture the entire unboxing process

  • Show the condition of the item and packaging

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to verify shipping-related damage, and therefore refunds or replacements may not be approved.

Handmade & Color Variations

Due to the handmade nature of our glass artwork:

  • Each piece may vary slightly in color, shape, or pattern

  • These variations are not considered defects

  • Product photos are for reference only

By purchasing from Echo Art Craft, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
